I wanted to share the changes we made to the sunroom. With the large armoire gone, I had room to move the second bookcase into the room, which helps with the knitting and craft books. Plus, I think it gives it bi of a built in look.
This is the view from the couch; it feels a lot more open to me now.
Can you see the roses through the window? Steve has planted so many around our yard and they are all gorgeous. He planted only heirlooms and most of them are really fragrant.Hope you have a lovely and fragrant week!
That is such a pretty room. I wish I had a sun room or even a sunny room. I live on the shadiest lot in the state!
ReplyDeleteThank you, it's my favorite room too!
DeleteSo nice to have a sunroom. And so nice to see the sun actually shining across the room. We have tinted windows to help with the summer heat, so not a lot of natural light, plus all our windows face towards the west. Have a great rest of the week. Tammy
ReplyDeleteWhen it is summer, I wish for tinted windows, as this room is hard to cool. But I do love it.
DeleteYour house is so cute! Want to come and re-decorate mine?
ReplyDeleteThank you! Almost everything is thrifted, so it didn't cost much!
DeleteGood move on moving the books to the sunroom! Now you can have a quiet and peaceful moment while you lose yourself in your favorite book! Sunrooms are the perfect place for this activity. Aside from reading, you can just relax and unwind the stress out. And it is more relaxing to see some roses out of the window!
