Working for the Weekend

Monday: Slow Cooker Pork Loin, using red wine and vegetable broth, spinach & orzo, cucumbers in champagne orange vinegar.

Tuesday: Chicken & Artichoke Stew over rice

Wednesday: Tomato, Leek, and Goat Cheese Tart

Basil bouquet.

Even a little knitting. This is a new-to-me edging, from Anne's Wings.

And 9th grade English? Harder than it looks. Working for the weekend, baby!
