Tired on a Tuesday

I feel like I made it through a tough stretch and can exhale a bit now.  I looked so tired tonight that when i was getting gas on the way home, two young men (complete strangers) told me that I looked as if I had had a rough day!

Two more days of work this week, then a two and a half day weekend; I have two doctor appointments on Friday, so I am taking the whole day off.  My next class doesn't meet until next Thursday, so I can relax, aka procrastinate, until next week!

In knitting news, I'm three quarters of the way through the Honey Cowl, and have started on a baby sweater.  I'm using the Tulips pattern, but only using two colors, purple and green.  I'll take photos in a day or so.

Meanwhile, enjoy today's beach photos.

  1. Well, girl, get some rest! Can't have total strangers telling you that you look whooped.

  2. Sounds like you deserve a long weekend! I don't know if any job is tiring in quite the same way as teaching!

  3. Those scenes should help with the rest. So pretty.
I can't imagine a neighborhood where young men would even care that I looked pooped! Nice that they did.
